Hi, I had unlocked vx7
RX 0-1GHz
TX 0-1GHz
on both MAIN and SUB.
After giving it to a friend, he mess with jumpers, and now all jumpers are open, I have
RX 0-1GHz, TX 40-224.995Mhz and 300-579.995Mhz
and just on MAIN. on SUB just HAM freq…
How to return it in previous state? I dont know withc jumpers was soldered… (tried only 2 and only 3, same thing-nothing changed)
ps. MON/F + HM/RV + Internet Key swiches btw freeband and HAM only, and 4 + BAND + V/M returns YAESU instead VERTEX STANDARD…
PLEASE HELP!!!

am having difficulty in getting the VX7 to talk to my computer using VX7 Commander software.

Is there any special port settings that need to make…I have located the correct port number…just wondering about the port settings.

Hi,
I just have the VX-7R a week.
Found the TX voice & CTCSS tone max. deviation seems higher than enough .
I would like to adjust it.
Had read the infor. here .
^^ Hold the “MON/F + WIRE II + 0 ” keys & turn on power ,but can enter to the Service Mode.
Please advise.
