I found some goodies on the interweb for the GLOCK pistol that I would like to share. The first thing a video of a GLOCK pistol being shot underwater. I do not recommend anyone trying this at home. First it’s not good for your pistol or your body. When weapons are shot they expel an immense amount of energy. When you are underwater that energy can be transferred to your body much easier and you which can inflict internal injuries to the shooter and anyone else in the water. You also need a weapon that is equipped to be fired underwater. The second file is a Manual to convert your GLOCK to a fully Automatic. The third file is a video of a fully automatic GLOCK pistol being fired. And the fourth file is a detail strip of a GLOCK pistol. And the guy goes into detail of identifying each part along the way. Enjoy!

Ever since I bought my GLOCK 27 I have been looking for an Armorer’s Manual for it in PDF. The closest thing I have found is the 1992 version which does not include the most recently released GLOCK versions. I did however find a hard copy on eBaY. It is being shipped to me as we speak, and I should receive it Saturday. I plan on scanning the 70 page document by hand into a pdf version. For all of you who are wondering what the hell I am talking about here is a link to the 1992 version.

Here are some pictures of my Glock 27. It had a 3.5lb trigger installed by a certified GLOCK Armorer at the gun show Jan 9, just over a week ago. I also had night sights installed while I was by the GLOCK Armorer Nick Vigliucci. After having the night sights installed I went to the shooting range. I didn’t shoot 20 rounds down range when my rear sight came off. The set screw that holds the rear sight on came lose and the recoil sent the sight flying when it became loose enough. I emailed Nick and this is what he said

as in any rear sigt we do not secure the sight until is shooting to your satisfaction.
tighen the sight down and shoot 6 rounds, if they are where you want them.
use locktite, blue
one drop under the sight in the dovetail will do it, let it dry for 24 hours and it will
not come off again,
there is nothing wrong with the sight, this is normal procedure for sights.
nick

Anyway I will have to go back to the range and re-adjust my rear sight. Looks like I will get my chance on Thursday. Ben and I plan on meeting up and Midwest Guns.
