Amazingly cool Java app lets you enter a name and shows you how popular it was from 1880 to the present. Edith has been on the decline since 1880, Sunshine peaked in the 1970s, and the undisputed king of girls names Mary is just on the way out circa 2006. Click “Launch NameVoyager” towards the bottom.
In the 1980’s when I was born my name was ranked 70 and at it’s peak for Males, however in 2005 it was ranked 377.
What is your name rank?

If you are new to the term “Scientology” and what it is, feel free to check it out on Wikipedia for a detailed looked into this crazy cult. About a month ago The Church of Scientology forced the owner of CodeBot.org to take down his website which you can see an exact mirror of it HERE. He took down his website and posted a copy of the email they had sent him for a little while and then he had his website forwarded to Scientology.com. Since then I have found a few other interesting videos pertaining to Scientology. Here they are:

Scientology mob assault picketers

Last night Devin, Lisa, Shane, and Justin came over to light some fireworks off. Devin, being the ingenious builder that he is, constructed a platform which held the mortar launching barrels. Here are some videos of the event.

Last night I had the pleasure to go to my first NIN concert! Brad, Craig, Brian, Geoff, Geoff’s Bro, and I drove down to Noblesville, IN to see NIN. It was hott and muggy but we had tickets in the pavilion out of the sun which made it better. The first band that played was Peaches. Lets just say that they weren’t the worst band that I’ve ever seen do an opening. The next band was Bauhaus which I felt put on a very good show. They are supposedly the FIRST so to speak “goth” band ever to appear. I took some decent pictures of them up until I was informed that I could not take digital pictures of the band. The security guard informed me that Throw-Away cameras were ok but digital cameras were not. I then waited until NIN came to stage and took some more pictures which didn’t turn out all that great because of the amount of Ambient light that was left. It began to get dark and I decided to take video instead. You can see some of the videos I have down below. They are .mov format and range in size from 1 Mb to 40 Mb. For now I am posting all of the videos but later I will be combining them into one file. Be aware that I was at a concert so the noise is a little distorted. Here are the files listed chronologically.
